Christian has vast experience catering high profile events including the Aintree Grand National, Paris Airshow and Royal International Air Tattoo. Christian founded Palmer & Co Catering as he is passionate about providing top quality catering for events.
Alan Riley, Head Chef
Alan & Christian have worked together for over 15 years, in both the UK & New Zealand! Alan is a highly accomplished chef, having years of experience in restaurants and high profile events.
He is so popular with our clients that there have been calls to change the business name to Alan & Co.
